So you want to naturally detox, huh? Well you will be pleased to know that there are a number of ways to do this. I am going to give you a couple of things to think about in terms of how to facilitate this.
The thing that has the most effect on our gene expressions and the health of our body is the food that you eat or do not eat for that matter. In terms of doing a full body detox that is very often that is the focus. It is more important what you are not eating than what you are eating.
I know that is a little bit of a different way of looking at things, but it is important. People can get very stuck on these different diets that are very extreme in nature and may not realize that the success is not from the diet itself, but it is what you have stopped putting in the body.
So if you want to do a total detox, I recommend focusing on the foods that mother nature intended for us to eat. When you are choosing foods make sure they exist in nature. Could you theoretically go out in nature and hunt pick, gather or milk a particular food. It is a simple as that.
Where did the food come from, did it come from the ground or did it come from a tree? Is it from an animal that is living as nature intended. Those are the things you should think about in terms of the foods you put in your body.
When you do that you get a full detoxification process going on, because you are empowering the body to do what it knows how to do and you are not plugging up the system with an unnecessary amount of toxic burden.
Most people are eating foods that evolutionarily the body does not recognize as food and with that the detoxification pathways in the body become clogged up.
